I filled out a KBB instant cash offer, and Omar contacted me, saying they wanted my RV and were constantly asking me to see him. I explained that I live over 6 hours away. I was sincere on the KBB assessment about the damage it has. I finally got time to see him, and he wouldn’t even make an offer. He said that he doesn’t want salvage RVs in the inventory. So I drove all that way and used all that gas to be turned away because, even though the unit matched what I put in, they didn’t want it after all. I understand business, and I know dealerships are looking for RVs they can make the most profit from, but to have me waste that much time and gas when the damage was what I put into it to the best of my ability. I definitely won’t be back.
