I recently had an experience with Town & Country Campers, and while there were positive aspects, I must mention a significant issue with their service. Here’s my balanced review:

Given their reputation in the industry, I initially had high expectations when dealing with Town & Country Campers. They did not disappoint in terms of unit quality and the knowledge of their staff, which was exceptional.

However, the major downside I encountered was a significant delay in delivering my unit. What was initially promised to be a timely delivery was nearly three weeks longer than expected. This delay caused disruptions in my business operations and was quite inconvenient.

While I understand that delays can sometimes be unavoidable due to various factors, what I found somewhat disappointing was the lack of proactive communication regarding the delay. It would have been appreciated if they had kept me informed about the progress and the reasons behind the holdup.

In summary, Town & Country Campers eventually delivered a quality product, and their staff demonstrated expertise. However, the extended delay without sufficient communication left me somewhat frustrated. I would consider their services again in the future but hope for improved reliability regarding delivery timelines and more transparent communication regarding any delays. Therefore, I’m giving them a three-star rating.

So, After looking many hours for the right camper, I stumbled upon a Tiffin they had. I immediately called them because I knew this was the one I needed for my family. I got a call back within minutes, and the salesman went through the whole process from viewing the unit and getting a quote on it – I must say the experience was flawless. They had other RVs I was interested in, but I just got convinced this was the one based on my requirements. 12 days later, I got to test the unit here at my place and it was beautiful. That is just how it was conveyed to me.

I would recommend these guys for sure. Their service is top-notch, and they’re just very helpful!

First, I think I was taken. I was buying an Airstream. First, it was promised to be delivered Sep. 1st, then the 3rd, and I am still waiting.

But finally, I got it Delivered this evening. I was slightly stressed because of the delay, but in the end, everything was okay, and the unit was in excellent condition. Thanks
