On the positive side, they have a decent selection of RVs, which was helpful for my needs. I was able to find a suitable unit that matched my requirements.

However, there were a few areas where they fell short. Firstly, the customer service left much to be desired. I found the staff somewhat disengaged and unwilling to assist in decision-making. It felt like I was left to navigate the options on my own.

Another aspect that could be improved is the transparency of their pricing. It wasn’t always clear why certain RVs were priced the way they were, and I felt there could have been more openness in explaining the pricing structure.

In summary, Willett Enterprise LLC did help me find what I needed. Still, the overall experience could have been smoother with more attentive customer service and clearer pricing information.
