Got my Fleetwood shipped from Willett Enterprise LLC to a suburb outside of New York with no confusion or hassle. Driver sent updates along the way. The unit arrived in just under seven days. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday when it arrived at 9:36pm. You sit waiting for the unit because you don’t want to miss the delivery and they don’t call, or communicate.

Very poor customer service. I called at 10 a.m. regarding a Holiday Rambler. Daniel told me that the unit is available, I wanted to pay a deposit to hold it for me, but he said that he has to talk with his partner to see if he has anything scheduled on the unit, and he will get back with a call, 5 hours later after calling over 5 times he called me and told me that the unit was sold. Very unprofessional!
